Hi!ย

Thanks for stopping by.

I’m Sarah. A mom, wife, writer, and student living in the suburbs of Washington, DC. I’m currently studying to become a Certified Health Coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

This is my life blog. I’m very random and sometimes post several times a day. I write about my little bebe, Elias, my dogs, Sam and Chloe, my cat, Kitty (that’s right), and sometimes my husband (“Hubs”) makes an appearance too. I’m passionate about living a whole life, enjoying the ups, learning from the downs, and fueling my family with whole foods and lots of love.

In terms of nutrition, I don’t label myself at all, except to say that I do my best to stay away from “fake” and processed foods. And sugar. I mostly succeed. Some weeks I’m eating like a raw vegan, others I’m not. I go with the flow and try to give my body what it’s craving, with deliberate thought.

I hope you enjoy!

Hi Sarah! I love your blog; I heard of you through The Detoxinista’s page. I must say, all of your food and recipe picture posts are amazing.

I even had to stop myself from reading to go made your “decadent egg” recipe involving cream + chives…it was amazing!

Thanks for all of your work. ๐Ÿ™‚

Thank you so much, Emily! I hope to be sharing many more recipes this year, for sure. I’m so glad you enjoyed the egg recipe – it’s nice when decadent is actually good for you, huh? ๐Ÿ™‚

      Happy New Year!
